I’m disappointed. I have received only one battery instead of two. I selected this item specifically for the dual batteries . l have tried to contact the seller, but the app only had a refund option to request. The item it self is good but I give bad review because of the incomplete packing.

Do Not Buy From This Store! Purchased 2 Aircraft listing stated Extra Battery 2 battery’s each, both Aircrafts only included 1 battery upon arrival. Made a claim immediately and they failed to help me get my missing items.
They don’t ship all items listed in description and ignore messages for customer service.
AliExpress also failed to help me with my missing items even though all requests were provided they did not help.
